Foel

History

Foel was born in 1984 thanks to the personal initiative of Antonio Di Martino, selling electrical equipment in a structure of about 100 square meters.
Later, new employees and the opening of the showroom Lucefutura give new energy.
Foel becomes a limited liability company thanks to the sales increase and the evolution of the structure in 1993, giving the possibility of new investments.

With the new millennium, in fact, there are new investments with regard to technology innovations and information science. In 2001 Luceonline.it “comes to life”, a cultural portal about light and new technologies, a virtual place to exchange experiences, find information, interviews, news about exhibitions and events, and articles about the many applications of light and home automation.

In 2004, on the occasion of its twentieth anniversary, Foel becomes SpA with a structure of 1,600 square meters, two shops, one for electrical equipment, the other, Lucefutura, dedicated to lighting, an outlet, a LED dark room and a garden to show the various possibilities for the outdoor lighting. The company’s seat has been, therefore, conceived as a demo to show home and building automation technologies applied to the different environments.
Foel is, also, part of the consortium Gewa Italy and has quality certification, it is also a member of Electric Levante Scpa, a group of firms of Puglia and Basilicata, with the aim of developing initiatives in their own territory.

Since 1984 beginning as a small family business, Foel has become a joint-stock company always aiming to the excellence of service.
